Timing 5 Replies Note to self: Do not decide it’s time to start writing immediately before the world descends into plague lockdown.
Really? Seems like kind of the perfect time….
Yeah, that’s what I thought too, but it turns out that being home is much more involved than anticipated.
Yeah, I have started structuring my day anticipating that I’ll have maybe 4 good hours of brain-time for work rather than the 6-8 typical. I had been hoping it’d be different for you because I know how much you want to get back to writing.
Funny, but I started using a time tracking app on my phone. It works like something a lawyer would use to track billable hours. Or like a really smart, multi-button chess clock. Anyway, it’s truly depressing how much time on task I am recording. Or, put another way, I am WAY more productive at things that aren’t on my macro priority list than I ever imagined. Things like buying a time tracking app, I guess. :/
Just wanted to drop by and say, that I like your blog and it’s full of cool ideas and pecular thoughts (on Fate).
